what is ceramic coating?

Initial pre inspection, pre foam, clean rims and wheels wells thoroughly, foam hand wash, decontamination & clay bar, foam again, rinse, hand & blow dry, second paint inspection, paint correction if needed, disinfect the surface, apply ceramic coating.
